Here are the steps:
1- From the FireStick home screen, select Settings from the top menu bar.
2- Open the Applications option in the FireStick settings.
3- Open Manage installed applications
4- Scroll down and open Sportz TV
5- On the next screen, when this menu is displayed, proceed and press Clear Data.
6- In the next window, click on the Delete Data button again.
7- In the Memory area, if it says Data: 0 B means that the Sportz TV FireStick application has been reset.
8- On the right side, under Cache, it should say Cache: 0 B.

You have successfully reset the Sportz TV application on the FireStick. You can now open the application by clicking the Start Application button in the same window as above. You can also open an application from the Your applications and channels segment.
Message: You can also reset Sportz TV by uninstalling and reinstalling the application.
Part 2: Updating DNS in Sportz TV FireStick application
Here are the steps:
1 – Open the Sportz TV application
2- You should now see the login screen
Then click on the REFRESH DNS button at the bottom right of this window.

If you restart Sportz TV using the above troubleshooting method, the application will close. You will need to login again with your Sportz TV username and password.
