I have been a fan of Keto Cloud Bread for a long time. It’s so simple and so tasty. Keto Cloud Bread is the perfect keto treat, and it can be made in less than 5 minutes! This recipe will make 3 large thick slices with only 1 net carb each.

Lina attempted baking Cloud Bread from a recipe she discovered on Pinterest a while ago. As you can see in the image above, she was dissatisfied with the outcome and labeled it a Pinterest disaster!
So we decided to return to the keto test kitchen and whip up a delicious dish that would be a hit… and now it’s here!
When preparing keto cloud bread, keep the following things in mind:
- Keep the bread packed in a jar for up to three days or up to one week in the fridge.
- When baking, use parchment paper to prevent the food from sticking to the pan. When it comes to keto baking, parchment paper is essential, and it’s a lifesaver in this recipe since it keeps the bread from sticking.
- The addition of Italian Spice to the cloud bread adds a lot of flavor and makes it oh so wonderful, but you may use whatever seasoning you want.
RECIPE FOR 8 SERVINGS

TIME TO COOK: 28 MINUTES

This low-carb bread recipe yields excellent bread slices that can be used in sandwiches or eaten on their own.
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Set aside a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Add egg whites to a clean glass basin. Separate the egg yolks in a separate dish.
Cream of tartar should be added to the glass dish with the egg whites. With a handheld mixer, beat on high speed until the egg whites form a stiff peak (this takes about 3-4 minutes).
Hip Tip: Not sure whether yours have reached their stiffest point? You’re good if you can flip the bowl upside down and the egg whites remain put.
Mix sour cream and one egg yolk at a time in a separate bowl. Mix on low for 2 minutes, or until creamed together, but bear in mind that the consistency will be runny (trust us, it will all come together in the end). Season with salt and Italian seasoning.
Gently incorporate the hard egg whites into the sour cream mixture, ensuring that the texture remains frothy. Take a big ice cream scoop and scoop out approximately a 3″ circle onto the prepared baking sheet after everything is mixed. The cloud bread will rise somewhat but not spread.
Bake for 28-30 minutes, or until the top is gently golden brown. Before removing the cloud bread from the baking pan, allow it to cool completely.
Place the slices of cloud bread in a sealed bag or container to keep them fresh.
Amount per serving: 49 calories | 4 grams of fat | 1 gram of total carbs | 0 grams of fiber | 0 grams of sugar alcohol | 3 grams of protein | 1 gram of net carbs
