For many women, the idea of “coaching” seems like a foreign concept. Once you understand that coaching is not a newfangled idea, but a proven system designed to help you reach your goals, the program feels less intimidating.
Coaching for Women (CFW) is a years-long program that helps you develop a deeper understanding of your own life, learn to listen more deeply, and explore more fully your own unique gifts and talents. It is based on the principles of The Work, a trademarked method of psychotherapy pioneered by psychologist Carl Rogers.
Many women struggle in their careers, and even more so in their personal lives. As an executive coach and career coach, I am constantly seeing women who wish they had a program that would help them clarify their career and personal goals. These women are not alone. Many women I know, and many women I meet, are struggling to figure out where they are going, how to get there, and how to stay there.
Watch this brief video to learn more about how women’s coaching works (the video includes an overview of the program, screenshots and interviews with clients).
I’m curious whether the software really works.

Coaching for a year may be completely transformational.
What are the opinions of actual consumers on the subject?
Here are some of our grads’ thoughts on coaching.
Nothing helped me when I was in my forties. So when I watched Lindsay and Alicia doing so well with the NP, I wondered to myself, “What am I missing?” The coach’s assistance is critical. Things began to happen after I let go of the issue and performed some inner work. You immerse yourself in it, rediscover yourself, and lavish self-love on yourself. – Michelle, a customer of mine
I’ve experienced a number of medical problems in the past. For years, I let him do it, to the point that it became very difficult for me. But I had – and still have – a fantastic staff at PN. They kept reappearing. And now I’m confident in my ability to move. I’ve never been able to run before, and I’m now preparing for a 10 km race. I can not only be powerful, but I can also grow stronger. – Kristalin, a client of coaching
I’m considerably more powerful now. I’m more confident in myself. I was simply a walker before the NP because I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to coordinate and perform the proper exercises. I now feel confident in my ability to manage virtually any situation and bring diversity to my life. All of the things I want to do and can accomplish right now come to mind. – Alicia, a customer of mine
If I ran across a stumbling block in the past, I would just back off. The NP, on the other hand, will give you with all of the materials you need; it will educate you on nutrition and self-care; and it will be there for you when you are having problems. It’s not a diet; it’s a rehabilitation program. It’ll change your life. – Lisa, a customer of mine
I knew when I began PU that it would be my last program. Every woman in my group anticipated to learn how to be healthy and reduce weight, and they all achieved or surpassed their objectives. It’s not simply a change of body for me. It was a year full of adventure, change, and success. Right now, I’m on top of the world. – Jody, a customer of mine
I followed the Weight Watchers program, purchased books, yet my weight continued to rise. The difference with the NP is that for me, it’s about more than simply reducing weight and feeling good. It’s all about research, collaboration, and mental health, as well as habits, diet, weight, and physical activity. I look and feel like I’m 30 years younger. It had been a long trip. – Sue, a customer of mine
